We manufacture magnetics for: Medical,  Broadband,  Security, Audio, Vending Machines, Traffic Controllers, Telecommunications, Battery Chargers, Water Purification, Slot Machines, Solar Power, and many other applications.

Our Engineering Department has the expertise and imagination to design quality low cost solutions for your magnetic requirements. Extensive knowledge of the manufacturing processes is the key to our success.

Cellular manufacturing provides the most predictable outcome of any manufacturing method. Coil Tec documentation reflects the step by step process to achieve maximum consistency. All “cells” are audited by our "state of the art" Quality Department and every part is 100% tested in each cell.

Automated winding equipment, custom precision fixturing and assembly aids are made in our in-house machine shop.

Coil Tec maintains an extensive inventory of materials to insure all orders are completed & shipped on time.

All shipments must pass a “Final Inspection” performed by our quality assurance  department.  Everyday, each cell’s lot is sampled using a zero tolerance sampling plan to verify all requirements.
