Cellular manufacturing provides the most predictable outcome of any
manufacturing method. Coil Tec documentation reflects the step by
step process to achieve maximum consistency. All "cells" are audited
by the Quality Department and every part is 100% tested in the cell.
Automated winding equipment, custom precision
fixturing and assembly aids are made in our in-house
machine shop.
Coil Tec carries an extensive
inventory of materials to insure
your order is completed on time!
All shipments must pass a "Final
Inspection" performed by the Quality
Department. Everyday, each cell's lot is
sampled using a zero tolerance
sampling plan to verify all requirements.
